I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with any requests we had, including arranging for a taxi for our airport drop-off. Secondly, the hotel is in a calm area, yet still close to the city center and nearby attractions. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city. Lastly, the rooms were well maintained and clean. The attention to detail was evident and it made our stay very comfortable.

We loved the central location of the hotel which was convenient for accessing local attractions, shops and transport. The staff arranged a taxi drop off for us and there was parking available. The room was clean and well equipped with free toiletries, a kettle, and a bottle of drinking water. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Had a decent stay here during Christmas. The staff were quite helpful and greeted us warmly. Loved the comfy bed and the clean bathroom. Plus, they served a tasty breakfast with a lot of variety. The location was super convenient as it was near all the top attractions. And lastly, I enjoyed the peaceful environment and the good amenities offered.

The uncleaned tables in the dining area that did not get wiped out and the cold treatment of some of the staff members were definitely disappointing. the room was quite cramped, cramped enough that we felt a bit stuffy throughout.

A great hotel for those on a budget! The staff is friendly and attentive, providing daily water bottles and cleaning the room daily. Located near shops and attractions, it's a convenient spot to arrange for airport transportation. Clean rooms are equipped with soap and shampoo, and the breakfast is tasty with a variety of options.

Cleanliness needs improvement, and there have been reports of cockroaches.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Spent my xmas vacation in a hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. the modern facilities this hotel provided were amazing. the breakfast was just too good. There was a perfect balance of variety and taste. the location was great, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. Oh, and I really enjoyed the spa services they provided. It was such a relaxing experience.

There were some downsides to my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to the mark.
